It took a little over two weeks for this piece to arrive. Seller never updates when the piece has shipped and they never responded to my messages. I opened up a "case" through Etsy because the seller's information stated it would be shipped after 4 days. Horrible communication. The piece is pretty and the engraving is how I asked. The ring is very thin.
